The Brazilian Tourist Board, EMBRATUR, announced today along with Google Brazil, the world’s first Google/YouTube brand channel uniquely combining videos and Google maps to provide an interactive online Brazilian tourism experience. Now accessible at www.youtube.com/visitbrasil, the site currently features more than 85 videos from Brazil. This is the first convergence of its kind involving Google Maps into YouTube to date. LABRFF 2010 announces its winners
The 3rd Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival (LABRFF) has just announced its winners, awarding 12 categories. Besides the trophies, the festival had special awards given by Teleimage: the best feature film received $10,000 in services and the best short film received $5,000 in services. LABRFF has a very strong industry section by offering seminars, workshops, pitchings, one-to-one scheduled meetings, and networking events. It also covers everything from production to distribution.
